At Soothera Pets, we want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, the Tennis Ball Launcher must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold, with its original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at:

Please include:

● Your order number

● The reason for your return

● Your name and email address

We’ll provide you with the return instructions if your request is eligible.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or we sent you the wrong product, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider a few business days to process the refund and make the funds available to you.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your Tennis Ball Launcher arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us at support@sootherapets.com with your order number and photos or a video showing the issue.

We’ll assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Important

The 30-day guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
